This exclusive event will bring together cider enthusiasts and professionals, providing a unique opportunity to showcase your brand to CiderCon attendees, CHAOS Brew Club members, and local cider lovers.

We have a variety of sponsorship tiers available, including Primary Sponsor, Education Sponsor, Community Cider Sponsor, and Swag Sponsor. Sponsorship will offer you prominent visibility at the event, including logo placement, promotional opportunities, and complimentary tickets for your guests. Cider Canada / Cidre Canada Industry Partners receive a 25% discount and first opportunity to secure sponsorship.  So please let me know as soon as possible, as we will open this up in a few weeks to others.

Event Overview

Event Name: Canadian Cider Showcase at CHAOS Brew Club

Date & Time: Tuesday, February 4, 2025, from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Venue: CHAOS Brew Club, 2417 West Hubbard Street, Chicago, IL 60612

Capacity: 40-60 attendees (50 at one time including staff)

Target Audience: CiderCon attendees with focus on Cider Canada / Cidre Canada members, CHAOS Brew Club members, local cider enthusiasts, and the general public.

Event Objectives

• Showcase Canadian Cider: Introduce attendees to a variety of Canadian ciders, providing a unique tasting experience.
• Networking: Provide a relaxed environment for networking among cider professionals, CHAOS members, and local enthusiasts.
• Educational Component: Offer an engaging educational segment about Canadian cider culture and production.
• Promotion of Cider Canada / Cidre Canada: Increase brand visibility and foster relationships with potential partners and consumers.
• Showcase CHAOS – a unique beer-focused cooperative and the values of the co-op mode.

Event Schedule

• 7:30 PM: Doors Open
  • Welcome guests and begin with cider samples in the bar area, accompanied by a light snack.
  • Can we make a welcome cocktail? 
• 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Facility Tour & Presentation
  • Tour of CHAOS Brew Club with a presentation on their brewing process and how it relates to cider production.
• 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Educational Session
  • A presentation / education session with info on TBA.
  • A guest speaker, potentially a representative from a leading Canadian cidery, will lead the discussion. 
• 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Networking & Socializing
  • Hot appetizers are served, and attendees continue to enjoy cider tastings.
  • Engage with guests and facilitate networking opportunities.

Partnership Opportunities

Formal Partnership – Our formal partner for this event is BevFluence!

• Revenue Sharing: A formal partnership is available for a company or organization willing to co-host the event. This partner would assist in event costs and share in the earnings and profits. Revenue from ticket sales and cider purchases would be split, with a detailed agreement established in advance.
• Visibility: The partner’s branding will be prominently featured in all event materials, including the event page, social media promotions, and at the venue itself.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship Tiers:

• Primary Sponsor ($1500): Includes exclusive branding on event materials, a dedicated segment during the event to promote the sponsor’s products or services, and a display table at the venue plus handouts/takeaway opportunities. This tier also includes multiple complimentary tickets for the sponsor’s guests.
• Education Sponsor ($500): Includes logo placement on event materials and a mention during the event’s opening remarks plus handouts/takeaway opportunities. Sponsors at this level will also receive complimentary tickets.
• Community Cider Sponsor ($250×2): Includes logo placement on event materials and recognition during the event. This tier is ideal for smaller businesses looking to support the event while gaining some visibility.  Sponsorship allows the first 30 to attend free. This tier also includes multiple complimentary tickets for the sponsor’s guests plus handouts/takeaway opportunities.
• Swag Sponsor ($500) Includes logo placement on event materials and a mention during the event’s opening remarks plus handouts/takeaway opportunities. Sponsors at this level will also receive complimentary tickets.
