On a cold day in March of 2021, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, 14 cider producers, supporters and industry staff came together to formalize a new national cider association called “Cider Canada / Cidre Canada”. The Interim Board which represents 7 provinces and agreed to early draft bylaws and a plan of action for a Fall, 2021 election.
