
Cider Canada / Cidre Canada is excited to launch the Canadian Cider Summit Series 2025 – Visiting the Orchards, a series of one-day regional summits across the country! These events will bring together cider makers, industry professionals, and enthusiasts for a day of education, networking, and cider appreciation in some of Canada’s most vibrant cider-producing regions.
Each Canadian Cider Summit will feature:
✅ Two to three educational sessions covering industry trends, business development, marketing, production techniques, and regulatory updates.
✅ A social event, which can be one of the following:
- Industry-Only Networking Night (exclusively for cider professionals)
- Festival Event (open to the public for cider tasting & sales)
- Cider Experience Night (guided tastings, food pairings, or experiential events)
Call for Hosts & Presenters
We are looking for cider makers, venues, and industry partners to help host and shape these events! If you are interested in:
🍏 Hosting a summit at your cidery or venue
📢 Presenting on an industry topic
🎟️ Organizing or partnering for a social event

📍 Ottawa/Prince Edward County/Toronto, ON – July 15-Sept 24
📍 Calgary, AB – Sept 26-28, Oct 3-5
📍 Ottawa, ON – Oct 6 to Nov 7
📍 Niagara Falls, ON – Nov 21-23 or 26-27
📍 Quebec City, QC – Nov 8-12
If these dates or locations don’t work for you, we are open to adding more opportunities across the country!
Cider Canada’s Executive Director, Barry Rooke, is eager to travel and collaborate with cider makers, associations, and partners to bring these summits to more regions throughout the year.
Affordable Access & Flexible Participation
Our goal is to make the Canadian Cider Summit Series 2025 – Visiting the Orchards accessible to all cider industry professionals. Each regional summit will be affordably priced to encourage participation while covering event costs.
For those unable to attend in person, virtual options will be available:
🍏 Live-stream access to key educational sessions
🍏 Recorded content for on-demand viewing after the event
We also look to create money-making opportunities for each of the events, where you can sell to the public – if there is enough interest.
We want to ensure that cider makers, industry partners, and enthusiasts can engage with valuable insights, whether they join us on-site or from afar. Pricing details will be announced soon!
